Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final.

At One Good Cup, we roast and ship our coffee fresh to order. Because coffee, single-serve pods, and other food products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Please note:

  • All coffee (whole bean, ground, or pods) is non-refundable, whether opened or unopened.
  • Merchandise (tumblers, hats, apparel, etc.) is sold on a final sale basis.
  • We recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizes, and roast profiles carefully before purchasing.
  • For customers in the European Union: non-perishable items (such as mugs, tumblers, hats, and apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Coffee and food products remain non-refundable as perishable goods.

Exceptions (at our sole discretion):

  • If we ship the wrong item.
  • If the item arrives damaged due to shipping (photos required).
  • Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
