SHIPPING POLICY Effective May 2026

Domestic (United States) All coffee, tea, and related orders ship free within the United States. Orders are fulfilled by our roasting and fulfillment partner and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Merchandise & Apparel Branded merchandise (tumblers, mugs, hats, apparel, etc.) is produced on-demand and fulfilled by our print partner. Domestic shipping rates start at $4.49–$9.49 USD depending on the item. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment.

International Shipping We ship internationally to 100+ countries. International coffee and tea orders ship via USPS with carrier-calculated rates starting at approximately $10.00 USD, shown at checkout. Merchandise ships at flat rates by region (e.g., Canada from $6.99, EU from $4.59, UK from $4.39, Australia from $7.19).

Note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
